So what you need is a pipe cutter and bending tool .
These cut 15mm and are good for cutting pipes close to a wall or in tight spaces ( they are in fact superb and i use only when needed to protect the blades .
This is a normal cutter and can adjust from 8mm to any sizes of copper pipe but only with the pipe a good distance from the wall .

This is my pipe bender and the 15mm and 22mm pipe forming tools it comes with , the formers
stop the pipe from collapsing during the bend .

They save on fittings and costs and also eliminate possible leaks in places where these need to be limited to the minimum.
